A recent survey concluded that the greatest influence on the brand of a company was the way people were dealt with on the telephone.
If this is the case then I have to Brenntag has a problem.
I called the main number and waited far too long for a reply. I was then transferred to sales again after too long a wait. The sales assistant then said she would transfer me to someone else or give me another number.
No attempt was made to transfer me I was just given the number of another employee. Who then was unavailable.
