The lady Tiffany, who sets up the appointments and orders parts, is extremely rude, and hung up on me multiple times. She put in my service order wrong, resulting in 4 appointment reschedule's, sending out the technician for no reason, and have still not gotten my problem resolved. Waiting on another appointment, go figure!? The manager, Joseph, was of no help and didn't seem to care either. If Samsung refers them to you for any kind of work, say NO! All of the office staff at Lakes Electronics is extremely unprofessional and refuse to help you!!
