What a horrible theater!!! They lost our tickets ...

What a horrible theater!!! They lost our tickets and made us stand in the hallway, while their rude and confrontational security shuffled us around and made SURE we knew that we were in the way. We did not ask for them to lose our tickets and to be standing there. They made us feel like we were less than. To compound matters, I m disabled and they refused to find me somewhere to sit. Absolutely atrocious. The pinnacle of Broadway could be at this theater and I d never come back.
