I was there for an hour and twenty minutes and they would have kept me longer if I hadn't said that I (and my eyes) could not withstand anymore tests. I basically walked out. The staff seemed very unfamiliar with the equipment and had no sense of efficiency. The staff did not communicate with each other at all as two different staff people tried giving me the same set of tests before I told them I already had it done. I left the appointment very frustrated and without knowing if my glasses needed to be updated, or what the other results actually meant. I l was very frustrated and will not be returning, it was overall a horrible experience.
