Terrible experience with them! They arrived on time, which was great, but they broke several items including some glasses, a mirror, severely scratched up my couch and lost a part on my exercise equipment.

At the time I said the mirror was okay, I found out the rest of the parts after they left. They said they were in a hurry, and forced me to sign quickly on the paperwork. I didnt have proper time to look everything over. Later that same day I tried to call up and email Ellis moving, they basically said "too bad you signed the paperwork, we held up our end of the deal" then made me pay the full amount, no discount or anything.

You would think any respectful company would at least give you a break on the price after all of that, but no, terrible company, and have told everyone I know to stay far away!
