I came here by ambulance to get help I missed my dr appointment on Friday the 13th of March I was supposed to get my refill on my medication at the drs office and Tennessee carriers failed to get me to my appointment so I ran out of a critical psycholog medicine and upon visiting the E.R dr McKenna Healy refused to give me 3-4 days of my medication and this medication helps me to not have seizures and insomnia I've been I'll feeling from being with out my medication there's record of me being on this medication for the last 20 years I've been on this medication for so long I'm having adverse reactions to not having it in my system. This dr. Absolutely refused to help me in any way she was extremely disrespectful and rude she treated me like I was asking for a narcotic and I even was drug tested and didn't fail for drugs. The E.R nurse refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor or superior, I will Absolutely never come back to this hospital. If you come here expecting to be helped dont even try to get psych help it was as if I was discriminated against . I was told that this is not an emergency situation. But the symptoms that I'm having should at least be investigated and some services rendered. I do not recommend this hospital for anything. her bedside manner was poor to say the least I then was discharged and escorted to the waiting room. Without any medical treatment and basically my symptoms were ignored completely. I then tried to locate a supervisor and was given the run around. If you can only come to this hospital do not expect good help think twice before you come here.
