Christmas day. Family coming and 2:30 no Kodiak! Meanwhile capital has been on our street twice. Never again. Horrible. Check your street and go with who ever has the most signs.
Now two calls to dispatch and over an hour later and nothing here. I am shoveling now.

to the manager -- I asked for someone to call me back and was told yes, but no call - the snowblower passed my house, that had not been blown to clear another house end lane that had been blown -- even though I had called 3 times and assured that "dispatch" had been contacted and were aware that we have company coming for 2:30 -- at 3:00 i literally ran out my door as the driver passed and ask that he come back and plow so some cars could park -- He was going the the street that had already been blown to remove the end of the lane.
