The BBB was an unexpected source of help, and I should have contacted them sooner. I am skilled at protecting my interests and pursuing my legitimate claims. Despite all that, I was unsuccessful for over a year in a dispute with a vendor. They got my issue resolved in less than two weeks. Their complaint process is excellent, and and letting the BBB help you get a fair satisfaction of your matter is a great resource, even before you hit a dead end.
