Dear Rene and T+C Team,
Just a note of appreciation and gratitude.
We had begun packing when Rene and his packing team showed up, but quite frankly, I had wildly underestimated how much stuff we had and how long it would take to pack it. That's on me, but frankly, I was stressed out by the circumstances of having to move in the first place...
and Rene and his team could not have been more professional. They were cool and collected, and they got it all done like the pros that they are.
Same on the drop-off -- Rene and his other driver were a day early (awesome) and they were as kind, courteous, and efficient as they were the week before when we first met. You cannot fluster this guy, it's incredible. What a a huge blessing, and such a relief to have him there when we really needed him. Town and Country will only get the best recommendation from us. Please let Rene and his team know how grateful we are and also huge thanks to all of you!
