On January first 12:00pm myself and a group were seated at pancake parlour Melbourne central. Orders taken on the app within 5 minutes of arriving, as well as double checking with 2 waiters that we ordered correctly. Half the meals arrived an hour later, no drinks we had asked again waited another half hour still no food. We politely checked many times with multiple staff members after the 40 minute mark as surrounded tables were getting food and drinks despite arriving significantly after us. We did get refunds for the people who didn t receive food however am still extremely aggravated and upset with such poor service. I ve never experienced such rudeness or disorganisation and urge the restaurant to refresh themselves in customer service.
