This health center has really dwindled in adequate service. The customer service hotline takes forever to answer. Then when they do, they provide the wrong information or re-direct you to all the wrong places. I have called this place over 7 times within the last week. I have been re-directed to the referrals dept then directed to my own health insurance only to find out (with the help of my insurance's customer service rep) that this could've been avoided had someone given me clear instructions. It has been a hassle for me to get the correct information.
