I purchased a loveseat and full size sofa from smith brothers. After a year, I noticed that the fabric was fraying on the binding on the couches. I notified the dealer that I purchased it from, and they did not respond to my calls (JK Furniture in Little River, SC). I wrote to Smith Brothers and they responded stating that pilling was not covered. I responded stating that it was not pilling, it was fraying. Never received a response from them back. Very Disappointed!
