I have an emergency with my BMW; it s
Saturday and I called 3 times; once before lunch, once during lunch, once at 1:30pm (after lunch). They are open until 6PM. Each time I called, it rings a few times, then someone hangs up. I was desperately trying to reach someone from service. Worthless customer service.
