Unmasked employee killing time with a masked employee who was wiping down shopping carts outside the store. Unmasked employee would casually hang onto the cart handles while chit-chatting with the employee trying to do his job. I approached the unmasked person to point out the danger of being unmasked and handling carts that were just cleaned. Didn't seem to matter. I reported it th "management" who headed outside to hopefully educate the employee.
