A return trip this time. We stayed in a queen studio with a kitchennette. Linens were clean and kitchenette was great, especially with the kids. One thing we didn't like was the constant reminder they are non smoking. Yes I get it I dont smoke. The resort kept putting notes under our door reminding us of this, no other messages only this. Um I dont smoke and I'm here in a room with 2 kids. They made us feel like we were in trouble and threatened to make us pay a $500 fine. Music was average, nightly. The floors in our room upon arrival were gross. I get we are at the beach but did the vacuum break we are on the 5th floor? Also they cleaned the carpets with a carpet scrubber outside our room for days. We stayed 5 nights and heard these huge blowers constantly from them drying the carpet. We had breakfast at the buffet a couple mornings. Good food but depending on the waitress they might add 18 percent gratuity for no reason to your bill. Very inconsistent. I'm sorry but I want to choose to tip you $10 to bring me orange juice and the bill since I served myself thanks. Not sure we will be back.
