RVA Restoration is a great company! I had them complete some remediation work on my crawlspace prior to selling my home. The entire experience was positive: the initial call, the inspection process so they could properly quote the work, the explanation of the quote, communication of when the work would be complete, and the progress reports from the crew while they were remediating were all great. Every employee is focused on customer service and that shows in everything they do. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs! I ve recommended them to 2 family members who have also had work done on their homes, and they both had similar experiences to mine.
