It took them twice to fix my truck. First time they said it was a faulty part and they have to ordered the part again. Second time they fixed it and offered me a loaner car which was nice. The only thing I would suggest is to try and give the customer a ball park time it will take to fix. All the people I dealt with were nice and friendly.
