I thought the zoo was great! The animals were very active and there were excellent vantage points setup to ensure they could be seen without impacting the animals welfare.
The only criticism is that the online ticket purchase did not mean you avoided lining up. You still had to wait in line and get your online ticket scanned at the ticket purchasing office to enter. Turnstiles with scanning capability would make a lot of sense.
