I received my treadmill without the iFit module because I decided to add the iFit membership/wearable after my original purchase. I contacted Clinton in customer service and he replied immediately, sent the module to me and I received it in less than 1 week and he added a free year membership for me fory inconvenience. Exceptional customer service.
