I sincerely commend ICC Property Manager at 9 Burnhamthorpe Cres, Marisa Cirelli, who has worked tirelessly with our Condo President, Jan Marko, and other Board members to provide vigilant and wise leadership during the COVID period. They provided regular updates to all residents, mobilized safety and hygiene precautions to ensure our safety, and offered helpful, respectful support in response to inquiries. During this time of amenities lockdown, our indoor salt water pool underwent an upgrade to repair leaks and modernize the heating system. The project turned out to be more complex and costly than expected but the result of this retrofit is beautiful aesthetics, a consistently pleasing water temperature and a refreshing aquatic experience.
The proactive, competent & wise decision-making of our leadership team, coupled with the patience, perseverance and commitment of support staff (security, housekeeping, maintenance) at St. Andrew on the Green is very much appreciated. All have exhibited a high standard of excellence.
