I have been dealing with Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota for 18 years. During that time, I have developed a trustworthy relationship with Nick Julian. I have four vehicles that I have serviced at Mike Johnson's. Nick has been my Service Advisor for about six years. Whenever Nick advises that something needs to be done to any the vehicles; I simply do it. Nick's advice keeps me on the road, and not on the side of it. That alone means a great deal to me. There is never a good time for car trouble, and Nick realizes that, and takes it seriously. Nick makes it a priority to ensure my vehicles are serviced, and completes all recommended factory servicing. Nick has become part of my family, and I feel confident when any of my vehicles leave him after servicing that they are in excellent condition. I could not be more satisfied with the treatment, professionalism, and genuine treatment that I receive from Nick any time my call arises.
