I brought my laptop into NP for a graphics issue. During the testing they discovered the SSD in my laptop was failing their test (running slow). Luckily under manufacturers warranty still. I brought a drive in to transfer data to and as it turns out it wasn't large enough. There was a miscommunication at the store and I didn't get a call to let me know the issue. I was compensated then and there for the issue. Not only that, the owner of the company personally called me to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution.
Customer service is alive and well with Northern Protocol! I highly recommend Aaron and his team to look after your computer needs.
