I surrendered my Club card. Total frustration with blind links to access member benefits. No respect shown by check in staff.
You conveniently ignore the fact that Accor Club offers are not honoured. I can handle your staff hissing at me. I was offered a credit of 40 euros having reached 2000 points. When I tried to book Ibis there was no link to deduct the credit from the room rate.
Most of Ibis offers are fraudulent.
