While the room and beds were mostly acceptable, the bathroom was not. There was dirt and debris covering the bottom of the shower, as if the drain had backed up or a large shaggy dog had been given a bath there. To make this worse, it took two days for the hotel to clean the mess, and then only after we went down to the front desk to specifically request the shower to be cleaned. Unbelievable that the shower was not clean at check in and was not cleaned until request.

Another issue was discovered upon taking an actual shower- it would be a stretch to say that even half of the jets sprayed water. Additionally, the shower had the weakest water pressure I have experienced outside a camping trip in the boonies.

While silly and ultimately a small issue, the vending machines did not even function properly, forcing you to either drink tap water or spend $5 on the in room waters. Normally this would not bother me in the slightest, the water that came out of the sink was disturbingly cloudy. Maybe this is typical San Antonio water, but I expected clear water, not white.

I would only recommend staying at this hotel for location, if there is something extremely near by you are going to, or if you happened to obtain an extreme discount. Otherwise this hotel is very much not worth the money.
