Where to start...my wife and I went to the Toyota dealership in Carlsbad looking for a new car to lease as a replacement for her Prius. About a month ago my wife was in a pretty scary car accident totaling her Prius and understandably she was pretty reluctant to jump back in another car.

Having purchased four cars over the past four years from the same dealership, let alone the same salesman, we felt pretty comfortable. He shouldn't be called a salesman, that title feels pressuring.
