Pulse energy took over the apartment building without sending any notice and ask us for a signed contract. They out right assume the highest rates, surpassing what the old power company has given us. The first 3 months we did not have email invoices. Absolutely disgusting fixed charges and exit fees. No power company that we ever dealt with ask for such a long notice period.
