I ve been working for enginetics for about 2 years...

I ve been working for enginetics for about 2 years now and I hate it they have me on the same part almost everyday(cones). They are the worst part in the shop but no one wants to do them. The HR managers are clueless and not helpful at all. The managers almost never speak to me unless we are at Christmas parties and they are drunk. Almost all of upper management is unprofessional all around.
