this dealership sucks im trying to get my transmis...

this dealership sucks im trying to get my transmission worked on i live over an hour away and they have no service loaners to give me .they only do transmission work monday -thursday well i work those hours i asked for a sat appoinment they cant help!!! i said i if i could get a loaner car for the day i would drop it off any bring it back after work no they cant help !!! i have had nothing but problems with this car dealership since i bought this car big mistake this is the 2nd car i have bought from them first time was good time this time no where the hell is the customer service AFTER YOU BUY THE CAR !!!!
dosent happen the people on the phone were so rude i cant believe it !!!!!
