Two bad experiences in the past month. My check engine light came on this morning. I have approximately 500 miles left on my 36,000 mile warranty. Asked them if they could squeeze me in today...nope. Earliest they could get me in is 3:30 pm in two days. I would need to use the shuttle, but the shuttle stops at 4:30. Asked to speak with a manager, to plead my case and see if they could get me in, but I was not allowed to speak with one.

Second bad experience was with sales. The dealership sends me a card saying I could be eligible to turn in my lease early. I call for details, but no one will speak with me on the phone...I am told I have to come in. When I get there, it turns out to be a total waste of time. They want to roll my remaining payments into the new lease, which will cause the payment to increase substantially. Had they spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with me, I could have saved 2 hours of my time driving back and forth and meeting with a salesman. Also, the salesman wanted to put me in the most expensive jeep they have, and wouldn't run the numbers for something less expensive.

Both my wife and I leased cars through Suburban, and both of our leases are up soon. If they don't respond and work with me to get this Jeep serviced promptly, we will not be leasing from Suburban when our leases are up.
