I came home tonight to find that my air conditioner was not working. I called and spoke with Phillip for an emergency appt, noting that their website indicates that the "24/7 emergency service was available at no extra charge", and was offered an appt tomorrow? I asked about the 24/7 service and was advised that it was "unavailable until tomorrow unless someone else cancels"? What good is emergency service if it isn't available. Unfortunately its over 80 degrees in my house and I won't be able to sleep. Time to call someone else.
