I want to say a special thanks to Matt, the manager at this store. Here is my story: I had bought a couple appliances here and home delivery had brought me the wrong colors. I immediately called, told them I didn't want them and they offered me a credit if i chose to keep them. Well, after fighting for 2 months with home delivery about my credit they promised they decided to close my case for no good reason. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Told Matt my story, he made a couple phone calls to corporate and BAM. They gave me a case number (which i nvr got from home delivery) and will be providing my account the credit I was promised. Matt did more work in a couple of minutes then what home delivery did 2 months. So if this happens to anyone, RETURN it back and don't accept the credit.
