It's inconvenient to visit because you have to get on a tour (or at least physically go to the tourist office for a peace tower ticket). Establishments in Ottawa seem to agree that commoners surely have no control over themselves - we the people cannot be trusted to walk according to printed directions & some official person must watch over us constantly! If only people in Ottawa could be respected by these establishments as intelligent as civilized...
