Checked in at 3 as prompted and were told our room...

Checked in at 3 as prompted and were told our room was being cleaned. Two hours after waiting in the lobby later, we have our room.
We were told it was because the group before us were hungover and late at checking out.. its unfortunate that impacted our experience.
They did, however, buy us a glass of wine while we waited. Unfortunately anyone knows that when you re traveling you can t wait to get to your room and two hours is just too long.
