very very bad !!! one of those to big to fail company's im afraid they direct
you to phone if you will dummy offices number that do not answer your questions and speak very poor English when you phone and say that someone is representing you they give a different claim number I have had the most horrid experience with aviva and will never use them again !!!
also there quote me happy insurance company is just as bad do your homework and stay away from charlatans ... you just dont get any service anymore
