This is a HORRIBLE facility. My mother was sent here from the hospital, and it was a nightmare trying to get any kind of information out of the people on staff. I asked multiple times to be sent thru to medical records, and I was constantly blocked from doing so. I was sent in 5 different directions with the staff going round and round on the phone not putting me thru to medical records where I could get records on my mother's stay at this hospice. I gave them my fax number to send the appropriate form to fill out to get the records, and 2 days later, no response or form. I wouldn't recommend this facility to a dead rat. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your family member that knows what they're doing.
