We were surprised at just how friendly all of the staff was. The rooms are decent. They are a little dated, but the bed was comfortable; however, the pull out sofa bed was not. The pool is small and all shallow. On the 3rd floor, it doesn't have windows and is very bland. The pool is brine and not chlorinated. The hotel is in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many great places. We prepaid for breakfast when we made it reservations, and it saved our family of four about $100 over three days - and the breakfasts are excellent with made to order omelettes.
