If possible I'd give it 6 stars. It is absolutely perfect in all respects. Amelia (sp?) was our server. Friendly and helpful to a tee. She knows the menu by heart and can recite the specials easily.

The food is nothing short of spectacular. We started with the beef shashimi. It is melt in your mouth goodness. My wife had halibut, which was perfectly cooked and like butter it was so tender. I had a crab cake, delectable. We finished with the apricot desert special. A brilliant melange of flavors and textures.
