I had a no-heat situation at a rental condo of min...

I had a no-heat situation at a rental condo of mine on Sunday afternoon...called Boehmer's at 2pm...technician Chris arrived at 3:30 pm. He diagnosed the problem....called me with a fair price to repair it....he fixed it....restored heat for my tenants and was gone by 5pm....excellent service and on a Sunday yet! Why would you call anyone else?
