Not at all impressed. We booked an extra night because there were no available early check-ins. We checked in around 5pm Friday night, well after check out, and got a dirty room. There was makeup on the bathroom counter, trash in a turned over trash can, and black hair all over the floor. They (the manager, not front desk staff) promptly moved us to a new room, directly next to the elevator, unfortunately. This room seemed great until we realized the a/c didn t work for more than 5 minutes at a time (and only if it had been shut off for 10 minutes). We had to ask twice that maintenance come in, and when he did come in (around 9pm Saturday night) he told us if the a/c didn t work after the reset it wouldn t work period. Well we were headed back out and didn t know until 2am that it didn t work at all. It made for an extremely uncomfortable stay and all the front desk had to say about it at check out was we re sorry about that, that had to be uncomfortable!! Other guests with us, in separate rooms, also checked into dirty rooms & when housekeeping came they did nothing but remake the upturned bed. One room didn t even have trash cans. The desk staff was mostly friendly and helpful. They didn t do much to offer help with the room situations. The noise wasn t awful, but floor 9 (in the hall) reeked of stale weed the entire weekend. The elevators are painfully slow and not having a microwave kinda sucks especially with a toddler.
