Very werid room configuration but more importantly...

Very werid room configuration but more importantly, our phone just didn't work. Very disappointed because of the inconvenience of not being able to get in touch with room service or the front desk without having to travel downstairs to the lobby, where we were told they could have an engineering team come up to the room to fix the problem, but when it's the night before you leave the damage has already been done. My advice to this hotel would be to make sure the rooms they provide are operable before pawing them off on their customers. The staff was friendly enough, but these issues are not on them but the hotel. We will not stay here again due to negligence.
