So I worked there for 3 days! No breaks for 12 hour shifts ( the cook Rob Jr told me to eat and handle business before I come in at 3.) prepping food on trash cans with trash in it , cleaning raw meat in hand wash sink and holding ya speed cart of food, in the dish pit that s the right way CIA Chef Rob?? Then when I couldn t shower (water was off at house ) or come in clean cloths Rob Jr tells me to bathe at work in a sink . They use dirty towels to the limit and definitely cross contamination on everything in the kitchen , take old meat and add with new meat. The sanitation and culinary practices are off. All this was in 3 days at the restaurant. Thanks CIA grad for saying we do things the right way, but do everything wrong. YOU ROB not a chef just a man wanting money . Thanks for the opportunity to learn good and bad. I m a reflection of where I work.
