Spring Bank Wisconsin has been my bank for years, and I must say that my experience with them has been average. The customer service is decent, but there have been times when I had to wait longer than expected. The website is easy to use, and I appreciate the convenience of online banking. However, the interest rates could be better. Overall, I am satisfied with the bank but believe there is room for improvement.
