When I checked into the hotel the front told me they were sold out when I had a reservation. Additionally they checked me into my room, when I hadn t checked in. This was a mess up on their behalf, as I didn t check into the room and I arrived at the hotel at 10pm at night. This should have never taken place, regardless I d what time I arrive.

Also they did not provide me a room with 2 twin beds when I requested it within my booking, and instead gave me a room with a queen bed. Front desk also argued with me , as they told me I didn t request such when I did. I had to re-read my request Email where I noted my request, which it seemed that the hotel reservation did not read the entirety of booking instructions. I felt that check in was not a great experience and needs to be improved. I was very disappointed and was never compensated for their mishap. I would say poor check in service.

Aside from check in, everything else was fine. Hotel was chic and cool. Breakfast was good. Descent place to stay at. Hopefully others will get the rooms they request.
