I had my truck serviced at LCW Toyota several months ago. The TPMS malfunctioned after they rotated the tires. I brought the truck back in for them to fix that issue, and left it overnight. My truck was broken into while it sat on their property that evening - a lot of personal property was stolen. Picked my truck up the next day and the TPMS was still malfunctioning. Calls to the service department on subsequent occasions to set up another service appointment were not returned. I ve given up on Toyota LCW. There are clearly management issues there as problems of security, quality, and communication were so pervasive in my interactions with them. Edit: No, I don't think I need to discuss this with the GM. Kirkland Toyota has been a much better experience.
