I was told I needed my front brakes replaced after doing a routine oil change. When I called a few weeks later to get a quote for the brakes I was told it would be $350. Upon bringing the car in I was told it would be $550. After I explained I had been previously quoted $350, I was told I must have spoken with someone new and that I had called the "call center," which is located elsewhere and that I should always call the dealership directly. Apparently the phone number that comes up in the Google search is the "call center," so unless you find it directly you are not actually speaking with someone at the Soldiers Field location. Worse still, the employees at the "call center" do not seem to know the actual prices for some of these repairs/upgrades.
