Worst customer service ever. Paid for express shipping to get products over the weekend. They did not ship them as they were supposed and then they refuse to own up to their mistake. Had a horrible attitude on the phone when called about. We will never use them again to dress up our fleet. Would be 0 stars if possible. In response to your response. You guys talked to my person a couple of time on Thursday and not once did you mention that the parts had not been shipped. And yes we lined up our own shipping because you wants $1500 to ship the pieces and we got them shipped for $250. So either you are drastically marking up your freight to your customers or not shopping for pricing.
