MY wife and I have been going to Cove Haven in Lakeville PA for the past 4 years and let me say that over time it has declined in every aspect. This recent stay we chose to get the room only package and learned at the resort that we can not earn points or benefits towards our forever lovers membership which is beyond ridiculous. We chose not to get the all-inclusive with the food because the quality of the food has declined 1000%. Our room was pretty clean and comfortable but the indoor pool was ice cold and had cloudy water and the jacuzzi was full of dark black scum. On this recent trip we noticed that every employee there is new. None of the people that we normally see working are even there. The new staff is polite but can be very rude at times. I wanted to go to the front desk and get a refund but I know it wouldnt happen so we just sucked it up and dealt with the issues.
