So we were also new to the area. At first we were like ok so they are pretty good and at the 1 year mark I called the automated system and made a payment arrangement for Friday. Wednesday i got a call my son could not get in the house from school mind you i had just returned to work after being in the hospital. I m like what so I called to check for power outages and to my surprise it had been disconnected for non pay. Listen lady we have never been late and we always pay in full what do you mean? We will require a $500+ deposit(i didn t even have to pay one to obtain your service)are you kidding me. Needless to say my child was outside. I paid the $562.00 my bill was only $66.00. Ok I ll deal with them later before i could get off the website from paying it was back on. Ok now this month the send another bill for $526.00 listing all sorts of reconnect fees. We paid it once again because i don t trust their little arrangement deal. I will be contacting corporate, BBB and the billing commission as I do believe we have been had. My monthly bill has never even been over $100.00 . Sad that these companies try to get over on hard working families. They should be shamed.
