This was our 3rd time in 4.5 years to use Guaranty...

This was our 3rd time in 4.5 years to use Guaranty Federal Mortgage and our experience was no different then all the rest, phenomenal. Our loan was a lot more difficult this time with requiring multiple lien companies, being told "no" by second lien companies, tax return hiccups and inadequacies, 9 letters of explanation of how my small business operates, etc. However, with all these hiccups, Guaranty Federal Mortgage worked tirelessly to get this loan and we closed on our house Friday! The AMAZING people behind the scenes at Guaranty Federal Mortgage accomplished this loan for us. It was evident the whole group was working together to figure out how to get my wife and I this house and we could not begin to thank you all enough!!! We will NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts!!
