I would give it no star but the least is 1 star so...

I would give it no star but the least is 1 star so here you go at 5 northtown way, north york. Reserved the elevator A MONTH AND A HALF before moving out, was assured by the person helping me to book it i could secured 2 time slots due to schedule with my mover and the new place elevator time slot. Drop off the deposit more than ONE MONTH before moving thinking everything is settled.

Got a call 2 WEEKS before moving they have to delete one of the time slot because someone else want to book and it was against their rule booking 2 time slots. So i asked to speak with the person who helped me before and the lady insisted that she doesnt know who that is even there's only a few people worked there. And she kept saying i made a huge mistake even though i was assured it's perfectly fine when i booked it. And she refused to settle with an exception for just a bit extended period given their full negligence to falsely setup the appointment for me and fail to inform me in a timely manner, which now put me in a tight spot that i have to deal with the mover and the new place management to reschedule 2 weeks before moving.

They gave me a feeling that they don't care about their tenants at all and treat us being their annoying customers instead of someone they should look after as a managing position. And the fact is by deleting one of my time slot, i am the one who got annoyed and it provides them an excuse for their mistakes. And as an assisstant manager, it's really unprofessional to blame everything on someone worked under you which you are supposed to supervise. Instead of stand up to take the responsibility for the mistake, she totally neglected my situation and implied that I am at fault for all this mess which is ridiculously hilarious.

This is a very unpleasant experience and really stressful for normal people who have their schedule jam packed. I totally understand if i am the person try to book i would hate to have the booking being full but just like what that lady literally said it's the end of the month, my mover schedule is packed as well as the elevator schedule of my new place so i would hate to reschedule 2 WEEKS before moving. It's a constant battle to reserve elevators for a condo in hot areas and peak season which i totally understand and learnt from my mistake for not being able to book before. That's why i booked way early.

Sometimes doing things by the book makes sense and i understand you tried to free up time slot for that tenant but please be considerate to others tenant as well even if it's your job. And the fact that you have A MONTH to review any errors but you didn't is unacceptable to me. Please do your job right and inform people in a timely manner so there will be less people like me now sitting here stressed out with all the sudden changes and uncertainty.

Lastly, this is just a tip of an iceberg of my last 4 years experience living in this condo with this particular management. I could go on for pages with all the dumb things they did. So thank you for teaching me a lesson of what it means by failure and so long.
